Warranty Policy

Horizon Tool Inc. offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty, limited

to the repair or replacement or equivalent, for the non-powered hand tools and
accessories found to be defective in workmanship or materials within the useful life
of the tool. Any repair or replacement of the tool based upon this warranty shall be
approved by an authorized Horizon Tool, Inc. representative. This warranty applies to
the tools supplied by Horizon Tool Inc.

Horizon Tool Inc. reserves the right to conduct inspection of the product to determine if the
product is covered under warranty. The reasonable useful life of the tool, degree of material wear
or degradation, will be taken into consideration to evaluate if the tool is qualified for any repair
or replacement. This warranty does not apply to any product which has been misused, abused or
altered in any way.

All implied warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties for merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose are hereby specifically excluded.

In no event shall Horizon Tool, Inc. be liable for consequential, incidental, or specific damages
resulting from or in any manner related to the product, its design, use or any inability to use the
same. The sole and exclusive remedy with respect to a defective product shall be the repair, or
replacement of the tool. Ratchet head repair kits are available for all King Tony and KT PRO branded
ratchets. This should be replaced if at all possible and not replace the whole ratchet.

King Tony and KT PRO torque tools are covered under a separate one year warranty program in
back of catalog.
