Additional Warranty Programs

Torque Wrench and Torque Multiplier Warranty:
Horizon Tool Inc. offers a limited 12 month warranty on its KT PRO and King Tony torque wrenches and
torque multipliers to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, (excluding calibration after 90
days of ownership) sold in the US and Canada through Horizon Tool Inc. This warranty does not apply to
torque wrenches and torque multipliers that have been abused, misused, modified or disassembled by
someone other than an Authorized Calibration Center. All KT PRO and King Tony torque wrenches that
Horizon Tool Inc. distributes, comes with a certificate of calibration (C.O.C) and are manufactured to the
highest ANSI & DIN industrial standards in the world. Horizon Tool Inc. recommends that all torque
wrenches be recalibrated once a year or more, depending on usage and reset torque to 20 (ft‐lb), 27(Nm)
or 24 (Inch‐lb.) when not in use. Ratchet head repair kits are available upon request. This should be
replaced if at all possible, prior to the whole torque wrench.

An RMA number is required for ALL returns to Horizon Tool Inc. A copy of the proof of purchase, along with a
return address is required as well. Delays can occur if proper paperwork is not provided. Please call Horizon
Tool Inc. Customer Service, at 1‐800‐537‐1077 between the hours of 8AM and 5PM, Eastern Time, for an
RMA number.
